Terms and Conditions for the 2026 Auction:
Viewing of lots will be possible on the morning of the auction, but not during the auction, as full descriptions supplied on this site and in the auction catalogue which will be available to download nearer the date. Please email BEFORE May 2026 if you require further details or images for any lot
Commision bids may be left by emailing details of lot number and maximum bid to the Chairman either directly or via the website, with the lowest bid to win the lot being used. These must be received by Sunday 10th May.
Collection Only items must be paid for and collected on the day – either by the winner or by a designated person previously organised by the bidder.
Lots won will be grouped together where possible and the total cost of lots plus postage and a discretionary £5.00 packing charge will be emailed to the winner as soon as possible after the weekend. Accounts must be settled prior to posting any item. Any overseas import duties are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
Most lots HAVE NO RESERVE. The auctioneer’s decision (whose decisions will be final) will take offers on unsold lots after the auction finishes.
Most importantly, enjoy the experience while grabbing yourself a bargain
